Sunflower Oil

A polyunsaturated oil with virtually no Omega-3 fatty acids allows Sunflower Oil to be fairly stable for many food applications such as frying, manufacture of mayonnaise and salad dressings, and in fish canning and also as an ingredient for the manufacture of margarine and shortening.
