Premium wheat is produced from food-grade wheat of the highest quality. We intensively scrub the surface of the wheat kernel to reduce microbial load, soil, mycotoxin and pesticides residues and other surface impurities. Foreign materials such as stones, dust and straw are removed during subsequent processing. Our process also carefully removes broken and shrivelled wheats, insect damaged kernels and lighter kernels which usually carry a higher microbial load and also at a risk of mycotoxin contamination.
Premium wheat is highly recommended for the production of infant-based foods. It is also suitable for the production of premium quality soy sauce, coffee roasting and wheat dessert.
