Our processing plants practice the highest standard of Quality Assurance and Feed Safety Management system, incorporating an integrated approach to ensure the products produced are compliant with the quality and safety standards.

We apply stringent quality checking to every aspect of our operations, from raw material to finished products. From the point of physical inspection, chemical inspection, microbiological and sensory evaluation, we ensure products delivered are of the highest quality. A real time online NIR is used for quality control during production to achieve consistent quality. We keep our finished products in an enclosed silo/bin or bag directly without touching the warehouse floor to prevent cross contamination with animal faecal and prevent insects’ infestation. We screen pesticide residues, mycotoxins, pathogens and heavy metals in raw materials and finished products in our main laboratory which is accredited to ISO 17025 standards. This guarantees conformance to the safest and highest quality standards.
