Camelina Oil

Camelina Oil is a high Omega-3 vegetable oil with about 30% Omega-3 which is similar to fish oil and can promote good cardiovascular health. However, unlike fish oil, it is a stable, odourless and flavourless cooking oil with a high smoke point >240°C, which is comparable to other vegetable oils. Therefore, it can be used as a cooking oil, in salad dressings, and in spreads and margarines. Camelina Oil is also high in Tocopherols (natural Vitamin E) and phytosterols which can promote general health.
