Cocofat
Cocofat® is our range of lauric fats that is specially formulated to meet a wide range of product applications such as ice cream, ice cream coatings, centre fillings, cheese analogues to the harder confectionery coatings, toffees, caramels, chocolate vermicelli, and non dairy creamer. Cocofat® series are fast setting fats and do not not require tempering and are available in different melting points ranging from 24°C to 42°C to suit different requirement of customers.

Kuver 1000
Kuver is our range of Cocoa Butter Replacer suitable for use as chocolate couverture, confectionery and bakery coatings, fillings for biscuits, caramels, nougat, chocolate rice, toffees, non-dairy creamer etc. Due to partial compatibility, Kuver can be blended up to 20% maximum with cocoa butter to produce confectionery products with good flavour release.

Soon Soon Shortening
Our Soon Soon Shortening is produced from palm oil and/or its fractionated products. Available in melting points between 36°C to 52°C as well as aerated and texturized for better workability, Soon Soon Shortening has a vast application ranging from bakery dough, cream, fillings to frying. The type of antioxidants can be customized according to requirements.

Krimco
Krimco is a lauric based fats with steep melting profile and are suitable for soft confections such as ice cream, soft fillings, cake toppings. As this product is fully hydrogenated, it do not contain trans fat.
