Supercocofat is our range of fractionated and hydrogenated palm kernel oil. With a combined characteristics of hard and brittle at ambient temperature and good flavour release at body temperature, Supercocofat is excellent for moulding confectioneries such as chocolate, hollow figures and enrobing. With a low Iodine Value, our Supercocofat has a good oxidative stability and is free from off odour and off flavour. Supercocofat also has good tolerance to fat bloom.
