RBD Palm Kernel Olein
This is the liquid fraction from the process of fractionation of Palm Kernel Oil. Palm Kernel Olein is suitable for applications that requires high viscosity at low temperatures and at the same time has a fast meltdown. Excellent for the manufacture of ice cream and ice cream coating, soft fillings as well as for low moisture food frying and as a spray oil in biscuit and snack manufacture.
