At our Soon Soon Food Research Centre, which is housed
in a building at our factory site and specially dedicated to research
& development work alone, our research team continuously carry out the
following activities:
- Product development from formulating to overseeing the production of
new products.
- End-user product applications for quality assurance.
- Provide technical support and technical training to our sales and
marketing team.
Our well-equipped pilot plants are capable of fully
duplicating all the conditions in commercial plants and running full
commercial production process investigations to develop commercial product
samples. We also use our pilot plants to explore new technology to further
improve and optimize our plant performances to produce products of the
best quality with the most cost effective use of resources.
Our research team is also in constant contact with
international research organisations to keep abreast with the
latest technology.
